Ask people to support you
Do not hesitate to use personal connections to support a demand
or in case of problems, but not anyhow.
For the request of a visa, a letter from a teacher, from an influential
person or a recognized professional of the subject you will study,
can be good for you.
In case of repeated failures in your studies or of a change of subject,
ask your professors or the administration of your school for the
letters of support. These mails will be particularly useful in case
of appeal following a refusal of renewal of your residence permit.
If you ask for a temporary working license (APT), especially if
it is for a very qualified job, obtain a letter from your employer
showing that you are " the " relevant person (to avoid being opposed
the employment situation in your region).
