European Union Students
If you are from a EU country registered in a university or a French
superior school, you can benefit from social welfare. For that purpose,
you will ask for a E 106, E 109, E 111, E 121 or E 128 form delivered
by the Social Security Center to which you (or your parents) are
affiliated in your country of origin. These forms exempt you from
subscribing to the regime of the student Social Security. The request
for of health or maternity coverage should be addressed to the French
CPAM of your place of residence. If you come from a EU country and
cannot supply one of these forms, or certificate of membership in
a conventional insurance scheme or of private health insurance delivered
in your country, you will necessarily subscribe to the student regime
of the French Social Security.
